There is up to size 14 for men and up to size 11 for women from COTD for the Kayano 22 and an extra 20% off using Visa checkout which would bring it down to about $160 (free delivery for Club Catch members). Only difference apart from having the larger foot sizes from COTD is that the stock is actually located locally in Australia instead of from Hong Kong.

You also get Australian stock shipped from Melbourne for that extra $2 at COTD as opposed to this deal from this thread where the stock is coming overseas from Hong Kong. In other words you'll get the shoe from COTD a lot quicker.

Well Kayano 22 shoes are still available for around $160 delivered from COTD using Visa checkout and free Club Catch trial for that 20% off discount and free delivery. And they actually have larger shoe sizes.
