I got this years ago on Android, same deal. Slowly it became covered in ads & pop up reminders. Last "update" removed levels 2 & 3 unless I paid for it. Huh? Didn't I already have the full version? My response was to uninstall all the Runtastic crap I had. F! You! Runcraptic
So yeah I've negged because of the company's tactics. Not having a go at the OP

This is the iOS version so I can't comment on your unfortunate experience with the Android version. But if you had an iOS device and installed this pro version (as opposed to the always-free one), you'd see there are no pop-ups, no ads, no IAPS, and all levels are free, including 2 & 3.

Out of interest, does/did your icon have PRO across the front of it? Are you sure you're not using the always-free version? Can other Android users comment perhaps? Thanks.

I hope the Android one is free soon. I need to impress my friends with how many push ups I can do, but first I need to learn how to do one…
