    Shipping Method
This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

Courier - This cost covers 80% of orders, you will be contacted before payment is requested if any extra costs are incurred

So for 1 in 5 orders, you can't confirm a delivery price at Checkout…?!

    Yeah fail

  • website needs to come into the 21st century and i might consider buying something

      tell it to msy

Thanks for the feedback Spacebace - however, we do not know if stock is coming from us or one of our 35+ suppliers. If above the default $15 the client is notified. Our pricing can remain the cheapest in Australia that way AND no cards are charged prior to knowing that A we have the stock and B that delivery is correct.

And yet 99% of online retailers provide a delivery quote at point of sale, or in the Cart. You are one of very few now that requires creating an account just to get delivery quote, and even then it's only 80% likely…

      You can't see how that's a problem?

Been in business for 8+ years under the Kickstart Banner and so havent got around to updating the site — most are only concerned with pricing and customer service. Also, within a previous comment, the H Curved series is the old series of Samsung TVs i.e. stock that has not been sold some 6 months back when the 2015 range started selling.. You may wish to look into the pros and cons of a curved screen too — as we do not sell many of the curved range in comparison to the flat..

Yes, i can see that as a problem.. will be changing site soon along with the Paypal module — just keep putting it off as its a lower priority for the return on investment..
Anyway, got to go and visit some business clients..
Good to get comments though from the community at large..

Are you deliberately trying to be obnoxious? If you don't want to cater for the consumer crowd, that's fine, but just because you are apparently a B2B business doesn't make you somehow intellectually superior to consumers who (quite reasonably) demand that, if you expect them to buy products from you, you provide them with a modern website and fixed shipping costs in return.

    • I don't even bother to make accounts just to find out shipping costs. I am guessing a fair few people here also feel the same.

So it might be worth the prioritising the investment. Until then, you keep turning potential buyers into definite non buyers.

  • any deals on the phillips 40" 4k monitors?

Not quite sure on how im being obnoxious.. i stated that i was leaving to visit some clients, that was all and hence could not reply to comments until i returned (you will note, that whilst i was infront of the computer i replied promptly to comments — maybe im just meant to post a deal and not give feedback - im new here)
I said that i agree, that the site is outdated - as it clearly is, however, its not going to be upgraded for some months im afraid. If you wish to know what freight is by all means call or email the site — Cheers Andy..

Welcome to OzB Andy. Don't worry about the tyre kickers and keyboard warriors. If your prices are low and customer service is good you will get a good rep here and a fair shake from most of the community. Maybe not in the comment votes though. Takes time and a thick skin.

  • We were the cheapest in Australia for the 40" Phillips, however, cost has increased and those who made purchase in bulk may have a better pricing on the units.
My supplier normally takes care of us in terms of price.. Email the site - [email protected] and someone will take care of your query — cheers Andy.

  • Why is a bargain. close to $4000 for a 65" Samsung series 7?

$4000 should get yourself a 65" 4k flagship model. Sony 65X9 or Samsung 9 series

    • Appliances Online are selling the JU7000 for $3995. I don't know whether it is the dollar or 4k or something else, but there has been a steep increase in the price of TVs from 2014 to 2015. For instance, top of the line 65 inch 9 series are $6700 at appliances online. If you can find it for $4000 I'd be very interested (I'm in the market at the moment which is why I'm so conscious of the price bump).

Exeltek appear to be cheaper at $3569, pending freight: http://www.exeltek.com.au/samsung-ua65ju7000-65-ultra-hd-led…

    • Given they have a freight quote ($131.17 to Perth), there is no possible way of knowing if OP would even be cheaper!

Maybe just best to avoid the Lotto that is the OP's delivery pricing.

Thats a great price.. ill adjust ours within the next few days to show a lower price without freight included - thanks for the heads up..

    • Make it freight included or don't bother.
