lol I remember that!
Thanks op!
Been on steam for years but still don't understand the purpose or use of trading cards? someone care to explain pls
all their purpose is..
Basically sell them. You get 50% of the cards unlockable by playing the game, the other half you need to either trade for or purchase. Some sell well, especially new games ($0.20-$0.40 US). Unfortunately Steam nerfed how easily attainable the cards are so the potential profit is a bit of a hit and miss.
Nerfed? elaborate please…
The cards only drop now after 2+ hours of playtime. Doesn't really affect much at all though, so I wouldn't call it a nerf.
@eides: Ok, so still time based. Doesn't change how I plan on playing these games.
No it doesn't change anything but you could run the idler for an hour and have half of the cards, now it's going to take you many hours; so if your backlog is large then you're shit out of luck.
And why do I get negged? It WAS nerfed. I mean seriously. Educate yourself.
:(
These freebies always get terrible reviews. Doesn't show Indie games in a good light (the point of the org).
Thanks, OP
thank you
cheers
Cant see it? expired?
They say that this is a free game, but let me tell you - it cost me over 700MB of download capacity. It's the worst thing I've played in years.
Lasted 1.5 levels. It's just shite.
