Can not recommend these enough for travelling. They don't take up space and eating one will keep you feeling more full than almost any other food of the same size.

  • Whats the best flavour?

    • In order of preference for me :

      Cookies & Cream
      Chocolate
      Caramel

Based on the the ingredients list I'd recommend Chocolate, since it has a higher amount of Milk/Whey (and much less Soy) based proteins compared to any other flavour (which are mainly Soy based).

Depends what you mean by best though?

    From their website:

There is no denying, protein immediately after training is crucial in supporting muscle growth and recovery – and popping a chicken breast in your gym bag might not be ideal. That’s why our HPLC Bar provides protein the convenient way. With 45g protein per bar it’s the perfect post-workout pick up. Because we know you put everything into your workout. Get everything out of it.

    – Delivers a whopping 45g protein

    – Low carbohydrate

    – No artificial colours or flavours

For a protein powder to rival your bar, look no further than HPLC Powder – loaded with 30g protein per serve, it’s the ultimate for muscle growth.

Ingredients: Aussie Bodies®protein blend (42%) [whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, glycine, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 471)], protein milk chocolate (23%) [maltitol, cocoa butter, milk solids, soy protein isolate, cocoa liquor, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavour], water, glycerol, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavours, sorbitol, cocoa powder, preservative (202), sweetener (955).

    Contains milk, soy and peanuts.

May contain: sesame and tree nuts.

It's a great price but i can't be the only one on here that finds these bars taste terrible right? I have not tried chocolate but cookies and cream and all the caramel variants. Prefer quest or even titan bars.

I received a free sample of their chocolate flavour, couldn't spit it out fast enough. Quest bars are my go to.
