They're not junk. I've just set up the ones I just received from the last post on my TV and they sound awesome, much better than the shitty TV speakers. Best $9 I've spent!

I got mine from a couple days ago. the gross weight is 8kg which means they are probably losing money on the sale due to the postage. the speakers are great though

I've gotten beautiful speaker sets: Logitech X140's, Z4's, X230's (all more than once, & sell them on)….even a full set of Mordaunt-Shorts— all in great condition. None over $30 (the Mordaunts- worth about $1000), the rest around the $5- 10 mark.

Got mine yesterday. Fortunately it wasn't DOA like my last set and looks brand new.

I retract that.. it has stopped working now.
Argh pain in the arse after I set it all up now its died.
edit: does anyone know the reason for it to stop working? bad caps or something that is easy to replace? dont see the point of mailing it back for $9.

that sucks. mines been going strong almost all day every day so far.
im guessing these are not ex display but ex referbs. if id known that id probably not have bought them caus ive had shitty luck with referbs but i seem to have had some luck this time around.

I know how you feel, one of my sets was DOA but the replacement 2.1 and the other 5.1 I got from the previous deal are still working fine, got them hooked up as TV speakers.
