Well if you use your crown signature card when you pay you can also get 5% back in points which you can cash out. Please note that Rosetta, Spice Temple and Rockpool (Neil Perry restaurants) will accept gift cards but NOT give you crown signature points if you use it.
Apart from that there are usually a lot of good meal deals at crown.
If only you could use this at the casino.
