Dearly beloved, we will be gathering in Sydney next week to say goodbye, and to pay our respects to the amoozing pint of ice cream known as Chunky Monkey. To show our appreciation for the life and pints of Chunky Monkey, we'll be giving our fans one last chance to enjoy their favourite pint of banana and walnut ice cream.

        Oh, you missed out on the part where police came in and shut it down because a bunch of half baked people were on the main road.
        Then there was a cultist mob chasing the truck all the way to Victoria Square, and then swarming the truck again.

        Pretty big clusterfluff.

      I arrive there 10 mins after location announced. Waited for 20+ mins. Got nth. But some people go away with 6+. What a poor organized event

    Got a free pint in Melbourne back in July.

    Lucky it was a sunny Winters day. Otherwise having the pint for lunch wouldn't have worked out so well.

    Never tasted B & Js and great offer but can't bear to stand in a possibly long queue, maybe I should just pick up a small tub from a local stockist.

    I waited and ended up with 2 pints of Clusterfluff, at the last Melbourne give away. Not even a pregnant employee with usual food cravings could stomach the flavour. No wonder they were giving it away, hands down the most disgusting ice cream I've ever attempted to have eaten.

      I picked up a slab of 8 Chunky Monkey because I was wearing a T-Shirt that said "In case of emergency feed me Corn Syrup", I hope to get wider than the Costco Trolley.

    Queue wasn't bad at all in Sydney. Got there around 12.15ish and was in the queue for less than 5 mins.

    Lady giving them out said there was a limit of 2 per person.

        Strangely enough, a colleague just went and he came back saying that the limit was now 1 per person.

          Yes, 1 per person now, but you can join the end of the queue again to get more.

          I was in the queue for less than 5 mins. The colleagues appreciated the ice cream as our office is warm, so it cooled us down.

          I'll be back tomorrow, or maybe this arvo, and bring a chiller bag into the office to take some home to share.

    2 things.
    1) The queue is quick - I went at the worst time, 1.30pm, and the queue was about 7 minutes long. They're efficient.
    2) At the beginning of they day, when they started around 11am, they were giving out slabs. At the begininning of lunch time, it was singles. Then two per person towards the end of lunch. So pick the right time for max free ice cream!

      they sort of alternated between singles and doubles, my friend messaged me about the slabs but then noticed it reverted to singles when she was in line. I had an early lunch (about 11.45) and grabbed a double. Shame it had to be cancelled on Tuesday though :(
