I got half way through the survey, saw your comment, so I refreshed to get rid of my answers and try just the email and rick rolled myself lol.
I don't have the patience to go through the survey again, I decided the restaurant isn't worth it, not fantastic reviews and too far from my office for lunch to bother. Or is it worth it?
The last handful of reviews & a total score of 3.3 don't make for an "awesome" restaurant, in my opinion.

Im sure someone can say how many inches but its a bit smaller than a dominoes pizza (note dominoes is on the small side). Also not many toppings, so its not as heavy as a dominoes pizza as well

I don't agree. One of the questions says 'Are you a Vapiano Fanatico?'. I answered no and it still gave me the coupon at the end.
If anyone can recommend a pizza or pasta at the 14.90-15.90 range please do so. I had the sundries tomato pesto pasta…. pretty horrible
Don't eat any pasta from Vapiano's. I made the mistake of ordering pasta there (twice) and was so disgusted by it. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I've never had pizza there though. Go with the pizza, it can't be worse than the pasta.
I like the ravioli, pasta's average.

Was just at the Flinders one and picked up a pizza with the page on my phone, no need to be a member or anything. I'm pretty sure I saw at least six other people doing the same thing. Something tells me they might regret this promotion.
They have run promotions like this before. For example a few months ago, if you were signed up to their newsletter, you could get a dessert for free without any purchase. Limit 1 per day per person. Even by following the rules, you could get a free dessert every day for about a week until the promo ended

I am at a Vapiano at the moment. Before I came in, I checked with the person at the register at the entrance to make sure that I could use the screen cap which I had captured last night. When the person saw my phone, he did not look happy at all but he let me in anyway, so I ordered my food and sat down. Then I saw a group of about 10+ people who had just finished eating, getting off their seats and headed to the register, and then all of them got out their phones and showed the guy at the register something on their phone (possibly the same image that I had shown the guy earlier). The guy panicked and got the manager out. The manager chatted with the group for awhile, but eventually the whole group were let out without paying a cent… Then I overheard some staff saying to each other that the survey has been closed….
Lol. Im literally about to walk out the door to head there for dinner with my partner and the survey is closed.
All good, place is still nice though im happy to pay for it.

Went to Garden City vapiano earlier tonight and the counter lady initially refused to honour this deal. After a while she asked to see the original email. She then proceeded to tell me its buy one get one free…
I suggest you contact them via their FB page about that, as the person on there is dealing with those issues.
I was just about planning to go on Vapiano sydney one. Have done the survey but but just a screenshot. so anyone know they honour? superp*ss if got there and not honour it
I intend to use mine tomorrow in Sydney and from their FB page comments, they are still accepting them. Seems there was some miscommunication in QLD about them, but only one person on their page so far has mentioned having issues claiming it.

Don't bother trying to redeem it twice. Vapiano is checking your email addresses to make sure you legitimately received the survey by email. They will then check it off, so they'll know if you try to use it more than once. They're doing a good thing by giving you a free meal - don't abuse it by pushing it further.
Who was the survey sent out to? I didn`t receive it by email, but I did submit the survey with my details. Am I eligible?
To answer my own question, yesterday evening picked up a pizza, they were looking for my email in the database, but their internet was down, so I just wrote it on a piece of paper. Got it for free, but still not sure whether they were looking for email submitted in survey or the one survey was sent out to. Pizza is a disgrace for 15 dollars, it is just base with some ketchup and a tiny bit of cheese and sauce. Domino`s is better a million times for 5 bucks.

Just tried to claim mine for lunch today before the expiry. They weren't happy that I showed them the voucher on my phone and asked for my email. They then advised they can't find my email on the system and asked me to pay up. Survey fail and never going back even I have been there a couple of times before.

So you were sent the survey email, as a member? Or at least became a member for free after the survey? That's the list they check against.
I had no problem this week.
Staff weren't troubled I had had a free birthday meal & free survey meal within a few weeks, but never paid for anything, ever. They simply laughed & thanked me for being there ;-)
Just used mine today in Melbourne. The guy just required me to write down the email address so they could check it off the list later.
