    Maybe it means "you need to have your new Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 PC connected to the Internet and your old Windows XP or later computer?"

  Thanks for this, I will use it to clear my old C:/ drive, and clear out my old windows 7 junk. I'm ready to accept Windows 10 as BAU and move on :)
