  • Actually not to bad. Will pick up tomorrow for sure. Excellent game. Recommend it to any gamer.

    Might be on ps4 atm.

    • +3

not on PS4 yet unfortunately, Kingdom Hearts 3 eventually though

      • Already pre ordered the third.

Read somewhere they want to bring to ps4

        • Yes, been waiting since last year for kingdom hearts 3.

Supposed to be released end of this year, fingers crossed

  • Mmmm wonder if there are any stock in store. Im nearly too cheap to pay $5 for c&c because I cant find anything else worthwhile a purchase.

  • Thought about posting it, but due to postage cost and potentially limited audience decided against it. For me, really needs the free delivery, but compared to competitors is certainly a deal.

    • Yeah, once delivery kicks in, it's not too different from ozgameshop.

    • I'm sure there will be stock around in store, call your local and pick up :)

      • Well, it's good instore and great if you spend > $75 and use CTREAT20 coupon

        • That eBay promo finished last night..

      • Woo bought a copy in store today. Next hope there are cheap 1.5hd as well.

    • Yeah, not much point getting it shipped. I'm planning to try getting it price matched at my local eb games today so don't even have to worry about stock… Hopefully…

        Success!

I hope Square port these over to PS4.

  • theres a confirmation that square enix doesn't have any plans for porting kh1.5/2.5 remix to ps4 http://attackofthefanboy.com/news/no-plans-for-kingdom-heart…

sadly i agree with this article and they should only focus on KH3 but also MY GOD DAMN FINAL FANTASY XV!

    • They don't have plans at the moment. I feel like the games will be ported at some point before KH3 comes out. The director said he wanted all of the games on one console, and that hasn't happened yet, so I think there's still a chance.

      • I'd say the chances of KH 1 + 2 coming to the PS4 are high. It'll probably have extra content too. Square Enix has no shame in milking a successful franchise.

  • I just went to target and confirming that the price is instore too. (NSW, LIVERPOOL)

Forget the $5 C&C fee got my JB hifi to match also they had sealed copies (don't remember if target decases or not). Thanks op!

    • Lol why do people think you need to pay $5 to pick up, you just need to ring your local, if they have stock go in and buy it :)

      • That's true but they'll probably only hold for 24Hours. I didn't plan on going there or near there and know it won't be in my path in the next week so that options out for me anyway. I really like click and collect because with most of them I can buy things and get them to hold things for me for till it's convenient for me to pick up. Case in point I have two games at a cash converters thats 30 mins away from me. I don't need them right now and know I'll be near there once a month so they'll hold on to my games for a month lol. Also I'm happy I was able to use JB since I had some gift cards with them anyway. Oh also when the deal was posted or at least when I saw it, it was way before target was open so no option to even call. The only opportunity to place a hold on it would have been paying the fee.

        • +1

Yeah fair enough :) If we all send Target a FB Or twitter msg to offer free click & collect they might think about changing their policy :)

        • @TRENT86:
It's possible but IMO target does not seem to want to compete.
Their games sections are a joke with pricing things are wayyyy to high, and they even still have some ancient ps2 (some highschool musical game as well as psp games that need a lower price to move) games they won't clearance off at a price that will make them go. (what a waste or shelf space they could clearance them off and actually put something there that might make them a profit). They don't seem to take any notice of they're competitors in the space and as such always seem to have tons of stock on each title they carry on shelves.

  • $5 for click and collect? Good business model, thank you so much!

  • There was 5 in the Rouse hill store when I called this morning… picked one up just then so should still ahve 4 more if others are interested.

Cheers OP, lucky I didn't pick one up last two weeks ago when nostalgia hit me… saved $24.

  • Glad to see there are so many KH fans here on ozbargain :)

Saw the trailer to KH3 the other day and I just had to get the HD remixes on the classics!

    • Hell i'm getting a ps4 for KH3… Damn you square Enix and Sony!!!

  • Just price matched this at JB! thanks op

  • Bought for said price at Target, Castle Hill.

  • some tool bought all 7 copies at tea tree plaza then demanded staff ring other shops and get them to hold every copy they had.

Can't wait to see them for 50 on gumtree.

Went to EB, they flatout refused to pricematch, called my mate who runs an EB at on the other side of town he's pricematched it for me will have it tomorrow :)

    • Should come to Golden Grove, the guy price matched no probs! I wonder if it's related to how many customers they get… Less people, better service.

      • I try to avoid eb as how they treat their staff, if you've read the article on kotaku its 100% accurate, unfortuantely for every good staff member you get who is lucky enough to keep their job let alone get paid for the hours they do properly theres another 10 wannabe managers with the promotion carrot dangled in front of them drinking the company kool-aid, or even worse the store managers most of whom don't realize who they are talking to and love to pull every excuse they can not to price match.

Golden grove I try to avoid as back in my rep days we dealt with this ****** who last few times i've been into golden grove got great service until it turned out he was the regional for the shop and decided to kull a ton of decent employees there just to "make an example".

Going to the one at plaza was just out of frustration to the tool who bought a ton of them which are already on gumtree…… after that I was like stuff it then figured i'd buzz a mate and see if he wanted to keep his kpi up.

Next time he's up for drinks ill get the game and i'm happy with that :)

        • I just read that article. That's disgusting. I won't be going to ebgames anymore.

        • Grill'd, 7/11 and now EB (and probably many others that don't come to mind at the moment) and of course the usual Asian restaurants. Is 2015 the year of employee abuse exposure in Australia?

        • @DeafMutePretender: grill'd too… wow 7/11 I knew about and here in SA it's any business owned by the shahin's like OTR.

In my younger days before I got a real job was offered a job there, went in to a group training session and we were told point blank by their "training team" pretty much a ton of conditions that would have us fired.

Dont join a union, do things you are asked to do, even if you are not qualified, that you would be expected to undertake training outside of paid hours, overtime will not exist if you work over 38 hours asking about it is forbidden, asking about penalty rates, questioning superiors, starting early or finishing late would not result in you being paid more etc.

We've had some young ones working for them from youth group, had one of their reps swear blind to us they would never even consider it, they were surprised when I told them hey you hired me once and told me the same things, fix their paycheck treat them better or we'll hire a lawyer for them, they got a last paycheck for 3 hours (they were owed heaps more) and told not to come in for any more shifts.

Cafe pilazzo is another notorious one here as well, our business has refused contracts with them due to their treatment of their staff and our staff and it's resulted in them bad mouthing us to other businesses and fabricating stories, despite everyone knowing what they do, people complain to the relevant authorities and nothing seems to really go anywhere.

I don't get why its acceptable in this day and age and defended by the people its screwing to have people treated like slaves.

Yeah after reading the article I was sick, i've had a friend who was a minor at the time get hired because she was 'hot' and had every guy in the all the shops trying to pounce on her and then had her "cool manager" try and seduce her by promising a promotion, didnt like to hear the word no, she complained to the dude above him and suddenly found her hours at that store cut, transferred to another shop with another manager who seemed ok who then tried to have her in the storage room one day.

Complained, reported the dudes, suddenly found her rep being trashed all over town and them all trying to make it sound like she's jailbaiting. Went to work for jb hifi, never had another drama still works there today.

Welcome to liberal australia, you have the right to have no rights at work, and no corporate accountability.

I was really hoping the EB thing would blow this out of the water and everyone would know and not shop there, they'd be investigations…… a week after it you talk to people on the street and most people had no idea, you still see families shopping at EB spending up big, mentioned it to a couple of people, a young family who love shopping at TTP and they wouldnt even listen to it and kept insisting everyone in the kotaku article had to be paid by EB's competition to badmouth them or that it was the one or two employees who "just had a bad time and it would happen anywhere".

          Australians, apathetic as hell hey?

        • @acex1138:

I don't get why its acceptable in this day and age and defended by the people its screwing to have people treated like slaves.

Money. In the end, it all comes down to the money.

          Australians, apathetic as hell hey?

I think everyone needs a history lesson again about the French and what they did with guillotines. I'm not saying we should behead the oppressors, just scare them a little bit, a carrot on a stick if you will.

  • I went to EB fountain gate today, dealt with the guy i see often, showed him the ozbargain post on my phone and also the target online page with the price, said he had to call the store to make sure, he called and came back to me and said it was $59 at target, and he cant price match without a picture of a reciept, so i i left and went to target and bought it, good deal op

    • the target store probably didn't even scan it. just read the price tag perhaps?

  • +1

now where to find good deal on hd 1.5 remix?

  • There's still a few copies at the Point Cook Town Centre target if anyone is interested
