This game is great if you want to save money on lectures

Sometimes I wonder how we got here

      • +7

Yeah the same. I loved DAO to death and even DA2 wasn't half bad. However the bloated nature of DA3 and now whatever the hell this is make me question reality…

      • +2

Well there was a slope you see, and at first we thought it wasn't slippery. We were wrong.

  • +6

I played this game for free, no wait, that was my companies mandatory DEI training module.

  • +8

i pulled so many barve since i played this game and i got my six packs now.

  • +8

    I actually enjoyed this game.
Pre-ordered with trade in two games (Elden ring and Street fighter 6) in Jbhifi. No regret.

If you are against the DEI thing, please do not go for Tarsh's side quest. Other than that, no DEI topic in the game.

The overall story was okay. Writing and character design are a bit like disney movies…not like a DA game. But the each town and setting is well designed. Combat is fun and no bug. Played nearly 60 hours.

    • +7

Game was good fun for my 70ish hours to the end.

You can tell the ones that never actually played the game and just jumped on the bandwagon as they act like any DEI is throughout the entire game instead of just Taashs storyline which actually took me 30 hours to even get to.

In regards to her storyline even my extremely left leaning wife that is a big fan of Dragon Age thought it was totally unnecessary and put in just because.

That's exactly why i am not getting this. i just want to play game for fun man.

    • For the way I play RPGs, there is no such thing as optional dialogue or questlines. I need to see everything. However, if I ever do play this game I will definitely make a concerted effort to avoid the Tarsh questline… which is just a wild and unprecedented thing for me to even say about a video game lol

It's the kind of writing I absolutely dont want to see in the Witcher 4, as a massive fan of the games and books. This is where I draw the line between what I actually consider too "woke" for me. Whereas alot of the criticisms I've seen about female characters seems unfounded. So I think that means I stand somewhere in the middle of this topic?

    • any fans of Dragon Age Origins should never touch whatever the hell this is

  • this game isnt worth $5 dollars let alone over $50

  • +1

the unbiased price for this game should be $20 and when you have nothing else to play

    • Probably gonna grab it for $29 tbh

  • Can't believe the amount of 'woke' crap in this game. Used to be a fan until i played this installment.

  • Remember kids, this is a well known dead game abandoned by the community due to its "modern audience" ideology.
Even the woke agencies that gave high classification changed their mind :)

Whatever you are spending on this, is a lost money unless you don't care for woke crappy!!
