You can get the Telltale games Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones for $10.50USD

    Add

    • Tales from the Borderlands
    • Game of Thrones

    Plus 3 cheap games

    eg.

    • Puzzle Agent
    • Poker Night at the Inventory
    • Poker Night 2

The discount is done with the more games you add up to 5 with an up to 85% discount in cart. You can obviously mix and match if you want other games instead but it will cost you more.

    • +1

      Expanding on that:

Game of Thrones + The Walking Dead trio + Borderlands + two $1 titles = ~$23 AUD.

Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, The Wolf Among Us + two $1 titles = ~$18.83 AUD.

      Game of Thrones + Borderlands + $1 trio = ~$14.65 AUD.

The Walking Dead trio + two $1 titles = ~$13.60 AUD.

I can't see any terms and conditions that suggest you can't double up on games. Lots of great mix and match bargains to be had for Telltale fans. :)

    • Thanks for posting this! I've been waiting to get GOT for cheap, TFTB is a nice bonus!

    as per - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/209130

  • Thanks. I ended up getting the walking dead season 2, game of thrones, the wolf among us, and the 2 poker games for $13.49 US = $18.80 AU. Pretty happy with that been wanting them for a while

  • +2

    That Telltale bundle is awesome.

  • Those Telltale bundle prices are crazy. Can get almost the entire collection for not much more than a regular single game price.

    • -5

      That's because they're not games.

  • +1

Hope we don't get yet another valkyria chronicles post :p

    • +1

Picked this up for the DLC.

  • +4

FYI, the way the discounts are calculated may not be obvious:

The games BEGIN on a certain discount. Eg: Wolf among us is 75%. So, by buying another couple of games in a bundle, that discount will go up by another 5% off the-undiscounted price.

So, Wolf among us is valued at $24.96, without being bundled it's 75% off for $6.24, with a bundle of three telltale games it's 80% off for $4.99

The codemasters bundle was not discounted deeply enough to be worth considering. Actually, I thought their prices were so crap I laughed. Wasn't going to pay $38USD for Dirt showdown (missing expensive DLC - and actually the DLC looks like it's worth about $3 not their RRP of $30), Grid2+DLC, Grid autosport (DLC doesnt exist). Needed to be cheaper and also needed to include all DLC.

So i can get Walking Dead Season 1 & 2, Walking Dead 400 Days, Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones for $16.49US

Is The Wolf Among Us worth picking up too?

    • +4

Hell yes! I love the Fables comics and think it's a better game than Walking Dead. Same style gameplay and decision making, i just prefer the story, world and characters over Walking Dead.

    • +4

      Yeah it's awesome.

It's based off the 'fable' comics where fairytale characters are in a gritty film noir world. In terms of gameplay, it's got the same issues with telltale games in that your choices don't really matter.

      • Decided to get it as well. Not a bad haul for $30aud

    • -3

      Is The Wolf Among Us

No, it's decidedly inferior to TWD

  • ATTENTION: We have run out of Steam keys for Tales From the Borderlands (we still have Telltale keys in stock, and you receive one Telltale key and one Steam key with every purchase). We are receiving more Steam keys ASAP. You can still buy the game now, and we will have Steam keys for you as soon as they are available again!

    • It's the same with Game of Thrones as well.

Running out of an imaginary token, very curious. Oh well, I guess anybody who isn't going to pirate these games will just have to wait until they imagine some more tokens into existence so the imaginary inventory is available..

  • Picked up Tales from the Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Jurassic Park, Back to the Future & Poker Game = $25 AUD, would of cost $160 on Steam. Already have the Walking Dead & Wolf Among Us, both excellent games.

  • Even though they have sold out, I can order Tales from Borderlands and I'll get a steam key later on?

Any thoughts on GOT? Yay or nay?

FTR: I don't PC game much.

    • +2

      Yes.

"We will be receiving more Steam keys ASAP. You can still buy the game now, and we will have Steam keys for you as soon as they are available again!"

The Enhanced Editions of The Witcher 1 (~$2.10 AUD) and The Witcher 2 (~$4.20 AUD) are worth it for fans of the third game, as well as anyone interested in a cheap intro to the franchise. They're both fantastic games, each quite different to the third game but still excellent in their own way. The earlier games also make the third game easier to get into, as they introduce you to the lore and story as it becomes relevant rather than run with assumed knowledge.

For ~$6.30, it's a phenomenal bargain. Think twice about the adventure game, though. It's just a digital adaptation of a board game, reported to be full of errors in the iOS/Android editions. The game itself seems to be well-regarded, but I can't find anything that says the PC edition isn't buggy or even that it's a good adaptation.

Satellite Reign, a remake/true successor of the original 1993 Syndicate game by the same maker is also on sale!

  • +2

Walking Dead Season 1 & 2, Walking Dead 400 Days, great deal

  • +2

Witcher 1, Witcher 2, Game of Thrones, Wolf Among Us, Borderlands, Poker Night 1 & 2 = $17.97 USD. Thanks!

It ended up being cheaper to add in the Poker games.

  • What a bargain for the telltale games.

  • Picked up some Telltale games, the free game, and Sir you are being hunted for just under $16 USD.

As others have mentioned, adding Poker Night 1 & 2 will generally make the overall price cheaper if buying other Telltale games (it adds additional discount to the overall bundle)

  • Hi guys
    just two newbie question,
First, if I buy Tales of the borderlands or Game of Thrones; would I get the next episodes for free?
Second, Back to the Future or Jurassic Park?
    Thanks :)

    • +2

You get the next episodes for 'free', you are paying for the season pass for those games.

Back to the Future easily if you have to choose between that are Jurassic Park. Christopher Lyodd himself voices Doc Brown and Marty McFly sounds exactly like Michael J Fox. The man himself cameoes in the last chapter of the game. It feels like Back to the Future 4.

      • Back to the Future easily

Yep, it's one of the better movie-based games made.

The game is basically a 'what if' of the BTTF series. There are a couple of twists along the ride as well. Voice acting really is top notch. I couldn't help but cheer every time I heard that theme song.

  • Went crazy here

GoT, Tales of Borderlands, Walking Dead trio, warhammer 40k space marine collection (lower than lowest steam price ever O.o)- 28 USD

  • Awesome! Thank you! Plus the deal is still going!
Got GoT, Wolf, Tales from BL, Poker 1 + 2 for $13 USD! Woo!
