I am looking for an internet plan. what is the best and cheapest plan out there?
I need around 25-30gb a month (no problem if if it goes more for better value)
no problem with 3G but 4G is a plus
doesn't need to include the wifi device but if its free why not.
I prefer something without contract or contract without fees when I leave them.

I personally wouldn't. Vivid is atrociously slow and inconsistent as it's been oversubscribed-don't need to look through many posts in this thread to realise. They had run out of modems but I told them I just wanted the data so I paid $19 for 8Gb data but it came with a bonus 8Gb. $19 for 16Gb data is about as cheap as it gets.
