This is the new remastered HD version, however from all reports it doesn't look much different. Doesn't seem to have any new assets (maybe up-res textures, hard to tell), just 1080p @ 30FPS (whaa?) and all DLC included.
This is the Definitive Edition, which is new console code for "(somtimes more) high quality graphics + all DLC" - put more simply, Dishonored never released on PS4 or Xbone, so like many other games, publishers are repackaging them to sell on the new consoles.
If you've got a PC, it can be had for much cheaper (as low as $4-5 if you're patient), and if you played it on 360 or PS3, there's probably nothing new here to see besides the DLC if you didn't buy it already.

Welcome to the next-gen industry; remakes that hope their consumers are too ignorant to notice (I was in EB recently and a consumer was there to buy the new "God of War", and it took a great deal of time for the manager to explain to him that it was in fact NOT a new God of War but, in fact, a remake)

Agreed. Good price on Bayonetta 2 (if your local Big W still has it in stock). Lowest price was around $55 from JB with 20% voucher on release day (IIRC).

Did anyone else find Bayonetta 1 tedious? This exclusive is NOT a selling point for the WiiU for me.

I played demo about a year ago, missus was watching me and though it was stupid until you start beating the hell out of the pony to get it in the cage and then she thought it was disgusting.
It was like watching some bizzaro world dancing stripper with guns do martial arts moves and stunts. I didn't get very far - a few levels before thinking "I've got better things to do".
