The RRP of the Ventus carrier is $209. This is the price you'll normally pay at places like Baby Bunting.

Babes in Arms (the Australian distributors of Ergobaby) have dropped the price of the purple Ventus by $50 on their online shop, not sure for how long. Shipping appears to be $5 via express post (based on a few random metro postcodes I tested). This would make it $164 delivered. The next cheapest I could find from a quick google is $177 (free shipping) from bubcarrier.

If you want the graphite colour one that's $179 + shipping. It's cheaper at
* toys r us $159.98 (thanks to cheapandcheerful)
* bubcarrier - $177 (free shipping), on backorder at the moment, more stock expected 31/8.

FWIW I have a Ventus (and a 360) and rate it highly - it got plenty of use in the hot and humid conditions of SE Asia last summer.

  Toys r us has this listed for $159.98, no shipping charges if purchased in stores. I actually picked one up on the wkend when they had 20% off sale products and it came to $127.98.

    Wow well done. Wonder what ergobaby are up to, whether its being phased out, it seems the best carrier for hot weather. I bought the infant insert too. My 3 month old pleasingly hates the whole thing.

      Noticed that the toys r us listing has it as a clearance item. I'd be surprised if they were discontinuing it, unless a new (replacement) model is coming out?
