Topcashback is a cashback site that works with some major US sites that ship internationally like Amazon, Eastbay, eBay, etc.

TopCashBack is paying $14 USD cashback for establishing a Fiverr account and purchasing a Fiverr gig ($5.5 USD). So net to you = $8.5 USD + a free gig.

I have done this myself and while it initially didn't track - I filed a missing cashback claim and 3 days later it now shows as confirmed and payable in 2 weeks. I would encourage that you do this through a clean browser with no blocking enabled - but be aware that you may need to message them as I did.

The steps:

1. Make a TopCashBack Account.

2. Log on to TopCashBack and search for Fiverr. Note the amount of cashback - it should be $14. Click on the link.

3. Make a new Fiverr account & confirm your account via email.

4. Purchase any random Fiverr gig (Cost to you = $5.50 USD).

Two things to note:

• "To qualify for the first time purchase offer you must be a new user who has never purchased or registered to Fiverr." - means that you'll need a new account for this to work.
• “cannot earn cashback in excess of transaction value” - Isn't relevant as the Fiverr offer is an exception to this statement ($14 is showing for me and for others).

After all this you can check your status on TopCashBack - in a few hours hopefully it will track. If not, maybe send them a missing cashback request.

PS: Although you can purchase any random gig - most of them are pretty useless. So if you would like the gig money to both 1) stay in Australia and 2) be used towards a good cause - I am trying to raise funds for purchasing/installing a second basketball ring at Sherwin Park in North Parramatta (Sydney).

I’ve therefore setup a Fiverr gig towards this end.

If the funds are significantly sourced from this deal I might push for some sort of recognition that it was funded by the Ozbargain community (maybe a sticker on it?).

If the project doesn't get up I'll just donate the funds to the Lions club.

  There are heaps of awesome gigs on Fiverr. I've had a lot of fun getting the family drawn as various cartoon characters/superheroes etc. Makes a great Christmas gift. Just look for someone who has done a few and has good feedback.

  Yeah I can see that people might conceivably want something like that - just I didn't really. Anyway either way the deal is still good (even if it is a bit of work).

    PS: in case it is thought I was after referrals (I see a -1 on my comment above ) - this was a response to easternculture who said he had referred someone random who would be "getting a surprise $10" and to "share the wealth". That post is now gone.

    Basically, I don't mind too much whether you refer me or not. But to post how you went random when the deal had just been posted and nobody had actually used my link was a bit rude IMO.

  Anybody have success with this? I had $14 pending for a day and it's now confirmed at $5.. Not sure what is going on.

  Hmm uh oh. Only $5 shows on my acct also (others have got $14 - so this is a very recent change). This means it now now costs money (.50c) instead of giving you money.

  Well it now shows $5.50 so apart from currency conversion not a complete loss.
