Philips 5000 Series Shaver $99 (50% off) - Oral-B Triumph PC7000 - $164.50 (50% off) @ShaverShop

90

From personal experience, Philips shavers are excellent quality, do a great job and seem to last forever(even the batteries).

All items over $99 have free shipping Australia-wide.

The black/blue version (S5050) of the shaver is $1 less(dunno why The battery in this model is not as good as the other. 8 Hour Charge = 30 mins usage, where as the S5070 is 1 hour charge for 40 mins usage):

I'm still happily using a Philips beard trimmer that I bought in 2009.

Not wanting to be a grammar nazi but for search purposes I'll point out Philips is spelt with one 'l'

    • Sorry typo, fixed now.

I think it's apt to point out that Philips is a Dutch company headquartered in Amsterdam, so you should have a pretty good idea on their product design ethos, aka smoke grass and see what happens.

  • I got a refurbished 9000 series from Shaver Shop a few weeks ago thanks to Ozbargain, for $99. It's great to use, fast, painless. This deal is still good because there is not much difference between 5000 and 9000, just this one looks more plasticy.

    • From the shavershop website?

  • Philips 5000 Series S5070/06 Electric Shaver little cheaper at the Goodguys $95.00
