When choosing a hotel in Sydney I am transferred to another page under travelnow.com URL.
Can you double check you get the vouchers in Groupon Travel? It seems to me you have gotten to Groupon Hotels which is different and code will not work.
In travel there should be a link that allows you to enter a promotional code after you click on Buy button.

You may want to check the rate directly with the hotel. I've seen cheaper rates on a hotel's website than on Groupon.
Just tested it and it's similar to their other % discount coupons as there is a maximum limit to the claim value of $50. Please put this in the description when you can.
