    Are you talking about the 3D NAND thing? That won't be out for a while and even then existing companies want to make money of the current tech before they increment to the next tier.

    this is always the case though…
    the first SSD I bought was 64GB and from memory it was around $200. more or less useless now cause it would barely fit windows and a new gen game on it.

    no matter what it is, theres always new tech around the corner. and even if it's not necessarily new tech, prices will come down.
