COLLECT50 and it is tied to your account. Also make sure that your eBay email address is the same as your Paypal email address prior to redemption.
Yes we received it too. I have to change my ebay country location since I have been moving around. Initially I didn't see the voucher because I wasn't eligible due to a promotion which was meant for ebay Australia.
Make sure you are registered to Ebay Australia.

They notify by email, you can also check on spam folders. Alternatively check on ebay.

my item was a week overdue, the vendor just kept saying "its been delivered". Turns out the whole system is a joke, Woolworths HAD received it, and HAD scanned it, but that DIDN'T generate the email that it was ready for pickup. So I had to spend the best part of 30 minutes convincing Woolies to look and find that they had received it, etc etc. Comlete PITA.
tl;dr = just try collecting it, but take emails & ID

What planet does ebay's UI designers come from ? Or is this just a way of hiding it so people don't cash it in ?
even if you haven't received notification yet, you can still use the code.
3 ways to check:
when logged in, look at an item >$50, eg $99, and it will say "Pay only $49 Show me how" just below the price.or
add item to cart, proceed to checkout, add coupon code, see the discount applied, exit without paying.

I didn't realise that I had the voucher, but when I made a purchase earlier, it gives me an option to use the voucher to pay for part of my purchase :)
I had a voucher in my account earlier and now it's disappeared. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Wife and I took up the offer.
Shows up in hers but not mine.
When I view buy it now items on my mobile app, it shows what the std price and discounted price with the voucher.
However on the normal website, it doesn't show this. I applied the COLLECT50 code AFTER I bought something and it works.
I was going to buy it anyway, so didn't matter if it I could use the voucher or not, however it would nice to know before you purchase something.
Also, there's no email from eBay either… I'm sure they are hoping we won't use it.

This code is valid for only ONE TRANSACTION on ebay. Make sure you add items worth $50 to your trolley before checkout.
