Saw this in their latest catalogue. I was a bit suspicious, because Autobarn is known for advertising crazy deals when they have no stock.
Went to their Warriewood store to check, plenty of stock there. So.. deal confirmed.
sale ends 23 Aug. Limit 3 per person.

But you should have a car that runs on eneloops!!???
I presume you mean the Warriewood store? Don't think there is one at Brookvale
Thank you, you got it right :) the staff there didnt look too happy when i only checked out 3 bottles and nothing else.
What does it do? (i.e. do i need one?)
Removes varnish & lacquer build up with one treatment, restoring performance.
Restores power by removing deposits that block injectors and intake valves. Thanks Google
So it's just alcohol like you have in e10 fuel.
What does it do?
Mostly nothing
Yep, thats why we buy at $2 a pop, just for the sake of it :)
If you service your car at a workshop, they will want to charge you upwards of $20 for this stuff (not sure if higher quality or not), so next time you can tell them no thanks, I've put some in :)
Don't drink it or let your car drink it. :)
Cheap snake oil!
Thanks
Forget going to Cannon Hill, I was the only one in store and the shelves there were empty of just about everything, couldn't believe it.
The one staff member in store says some stores are franchised and claims "Hard times, lack of customers" as the reason they have no stock.
I point out that to have customers you need stock to sell them which didn't go down to well.
Goes to Carindale, plenty of stock, plenty of staff and plenty of customers proving my point.Read between the lines: Gambling problem caused them to fall behind on supplier/licensing payments and they have been cut off.
I think the apply to Bankstown (NSW) store…they have nothing on the shelf.
The real bargain is the XLD, I'm now upset I just bought 4 bottles form SCA for $13.99 a pop :( $8 I could have spent on useless injector cleaner.
Protip - Buy a $20 ultrasonic cleaner, some de-naturalized water and white vinegar then remove your carbs and dunk*
*Some disassemble work may be required
I think demineralized water sprays into intake when engine hot would be sufficient
I'll stick some in the Veyron
