oh no. i went and did some shopping at liverpool toys r us today and there was an invitation on the recipt to do this survey. The outcome is the same for all the surveys. You get the same voucher. I have done all the hard work here.
You need the receipt with you i think.
And explain why that is a negative vote. I did mention in the listing that you require a receipt from a previous purchase. It does after all say $5 of your next purchase.

I bought some Lego at TRU on Monday and got a reciept and noticed that at the bottom it says "keep this for $5 off your next purchase".
So you need to buy something then you get it.
Try buying something cheap then go out and buy the item you want? lol but that defeats the extra $5 off you get since you'll have an extra random toy.

used this today.. no problems. you do need to flash a receipt but she barely noticed it. dont need to hand it over at all
