It's only stores with the left over bonus packs … Cleaned out Runaway Bay store yesterday :)
Edit: have a good rummage as in Runaway Bay they had put these packs in with the 60 packs, which were not on offer.
Great deal as a comparison COTD have a 60 pack for $18.99 (excluding shipping)
You would think not if you manage to buy a pack of 60 from kmart for $7
