In celebration of Queensland rails 150th birthday, they are giving away free pieces of chocolate cake at Central train station in Brisbane. I assume there may be similar things happening at our stations. If you come across any other stations giving away freebies be sure to mention it in the comments.

I'm suspicious. The last time someone promised me delicious and moist cake, it didn't end well.
Next year's train ticket will be more expensive because of this event.
don't forget the "Up to $18 million" in fare evasion that QR "estimate" to justify one of the most expensive rail systems.

Didn't see any cake at Roma Street, but they were giving away Uncle Toby's roasted nut bars.
The cake looked amazing. Saw a picture on Queensland Rail Social Media page. It was steam train engine and carriages - was only at Central Station I believe. State wide would have been even more impressive
If it's anything like their customer service, it'd give me the shits…
