I tried this last Fri. no go. This is corner of Bathurst n Pitt Sts. Guy behind the counter says it must be a product. Wanted to argue and say the flyers say ANY purchase except tobacco, but meh.

I went to get in on this deal today and saw a few people also getting coffees. To my surprise they all paid for theirs and the cashier said I was the first person to do it.

You can also get a double shot for no extra cost, simply grab a cup and run the 'short black' cycle twice, then fill up the rest of the cup using the 'hot milk' button.
Be careful as about 1 sec after the manual hot milk pour is done the machine cleans itself by squirting out hot water through the pipes. Not a big deal since you just poured hot water filtered through burnt seeds into the cup, it just doesn't look that nice.
