Scoot have just released great fares to Hong Kong from Melbourne and Sydney. All prices listed are for return flights.

Melbourne to Hong Kong $411 return. Scoot. Nov-Mar

Perth to Hong Kong $367 return. Scoot. Nov-Mar. This price from Perth is not amazing, but still pretty good.
