I'm waiting for Freereader…
I've been using Goodreader now for over a year and it rocks. If I had a criticism, it's probably got too many features rather than not enough. It can look a bit overwhelming when you first fire it up. I really like that I can access all my files from my home server as well as Dropbox, OneDrive and Box. And yes, I have accounts with all three and use them in different ways.
It's got some rendering issues with forms, but otherwise, brilliant product. I really like cropping tool to remove useless whitespace - it's restored on opening the document unlike iBook's zoom.

Can anyone tell me, when reading a PDF, do you swipe across to get to the next page or can you swipe up?
Swipe Up and Down works on iPhone, or arrow left and right at bottom of screen.
You say "Excellent reader", they say 'Goodreader". Awaiting the Bestreader deal..
