Most likely it has gone to their internal mail handing department. Apparently internal mail bags are brought in to their addressee stores twice a week. The manager at the Woolies I picked from said if the parcel has gone to internal mail, it can easily add 7-10 days.

        • Same thing happened to me too. I order 3 items from three different sellers. All were sent to Woolworths STRATHFIELD on 3/8/15.

The first one was quick, got the pick up notification on 6/8/15.
The second one arrived at STRATHFIELD NSW on 7/8/15 , then was redirected and delivered at ALEXANDRIA NSW today 10/8/15.
The third one had no tracking….. I guess it went with the same route as the second one…. not looking good at all….

      • +1

my package that was meant to go to Hornsby Woolworths has gone to Alexandria also… I've messaged the seller but I feel this is more of a ebay/aus post issue

      • @jackofspade, How was your C&C? Were you able to track it down after it was delivered at ALEXANDRIA?

        • I have no idea what happened to it after that.

        • @jackofspade: I've been trying to get answers. I too bought an ssd from pcbyte that was delivered to North Ryde last Tuesday, and redirected to Alexandria, where it arrived on Thursday. pcbyte told me that they contacted ebay today, and I have been advised to wait another three days. None of this makes sense to me. Make sure you give appropriate ebay feedback re delivery. I don't know who stuffed this up. I just want my ssd and an apology.

        • +1

          @barryquinn:

another data point here is that my SSD from PcByte was delivered to Alexandria (CnC Woolies @ Strathfield) last Wednesday and I have not heard about it again yet.

perhaps the SSDs are packed as letters (not in big box), making AusPost confused?

        • @GalaxyNexus:
I think you are right. My first item came in a box and I got the C&C email three days after it was posted, but second and third items perhaps are packed in a flat pack, the trackable one said it was delivered to Alexandria this Monday. (Three items are posted on the same day from three different sellers and all CnC @ Woolies Strathfield. )

  • My item was marked as shipped on Aug 4, but I still haven't been notified that it is available for C&C. Who am I supposed to contact for that? Big W or the seller?

  • All my 3 items (from different sellers) show "unable to gain access" last week and got sent back to regional sorting centre for delivery again today. I wonder what shipping instruction the sellers got from from eBay. It seems to really confuse Australia Post.

    • They go along the lines of

      MR ABC
      CnC Woolworths <Suburb> eCP ABC###
      <street Adress for Woolies>

      • That actually looks alright. Maybe staff at my local Woolies are not familiar with CnC. Anyway my items still got no access today and are back in transit again.

        • How do you check the access?

        • @lostn:
With Aust Post tracking number. Says "Attempted Delivery - Unable to gain access", whatever that means.

        • @nfr: My item was from pc.byte. They didn't give me a tracking number. :(

I have no way to find out where it is… do you think ebay resolution will work?

        • @lostn:
I got "order ready for collection" emails from eBay today, so you might want to wait a few days for eBay's communication. PC Byte is a pretty good seller here.

        • @nfr: I don't doubt pc.byte's integrity. I doubt the clowns further down the chain who lost my item.

      • What about the 6 digit collection code?

    • How do you check the status of this?

  • eBay/AusPost/Woolies really need to sit down and iron out the kinks in the CnC chain. It is a fantastic idea if it works well…so far the implementation is patchy at best.

  • 1 more day to find out if this is really a deal hope eBay sends voucher tmr

  • Bought 2 items for C&C, got the first item $99 within 3 days and the 2nd item ($1) haven't even reached, I guess it will be lost but it's ok as long as I get the voucher, fingers crossed.

  • Well, the day has come… now lets just hope these vouchers arrive as well!

  • Haven't received the vouchers yet at 34mins past midnight. Surely their systems don't need to wait for the business day to start to issue the vouchers…

  • Got 2 things from C&C, both arrived on time as expected.

Now, has anyone got their credit yet?

  • 5.39 am, still nothing, can't eBay get their shit together

  • 6.42am no voucher.

  • 7.18am no voucher yet

  • 7,33 No voucher yet

  • Has anyone recienved the voucher yet?

  • No

  • Epic fail?

  • no voucher at 9am

  • 9.19am still nothing

  • +1

eBay failed no voucher. Bait advertising. Wait for a few days if nothing ACCC

Their system is probably broken, can't tell or track if you have used Click or Collect.

    Purchased $100 for nothing.

I had doubts when there wasn't any confirmation email on getting the voucher

  • +1

Phew, at least I'm not the only one who hasn't seen anything come through yet.

  • +1

until the stroke of midnight will we get the voucher.

    Be patient guys

Just hit my account now "COLLECT50" from MacBook Air purchase

    • Yes got it too!

      • Yes received it too.

  • Just got mine.

  • Where do you actually see it on your account, is it a message or something else?
    David

  • It looks like it's a generic COLLECT50 code.

So as long as your account is eligible, then that code will work for you.

  • Received mine. It's a generic COLLECT50 code. Just used to pay my purchases from yesterday.

  • Mine was emailed to my junk mail.

So make sure to check there to confirm you've received the email.

  • Nothing here. eBay email and Paypal email also the same. Nothing in Spam or Junk.

I suppose we can call customer service to claim it and you can proof you did a Click and Collect during that period with a purchase of $100 or over

    • No email here but it appears in 'My eBay' summary. Check near the bottom.

      • +1

Got it thanks mate! Next question is if you can use Cashrewards with it

      • Jeez eBay certainly locates it well, I'd have easily missed it.

    • +2

I've never rec'd any of these vouchers/bonuses via email.

It will be at the bottom of the eBay Summary page http://www.ebay.com.au/myb/Summary

  • +1

Mine is there and just like last time, I used a discount voucher during the qualifying purchase and still got it :)

  • Guys, dumb question, but can we still use this voucher for 'Buy now or nearest offer'?

I want to put in an offer, and if they accept, can I still use the voucher or is it for buy it now items only?

    • What you want will work. It is a discount code and you use it before you get to the PayPal screen

  • Received mine, its under summery. If you're using the mobile application, its under reminders.

    • +2

Your voucher must be nice and warm then

      summery

      • +1

Haha, you made my day. Thanks for picking that up.

  • Received mine as well.

Opem My Ebay, scroll all the way down to the bottom, and there's a section "Vouchers", it will be in there.

The code seems fairly generic but they must have attached it to the specific user IDs.

Good form from eBay…Woolies need to sort out CnC though with AP.

  • can the voucher only be used for click and collect purchase?

    • Under the voucher T&Cs it mentions:

The voucher entitles you up to $50 off the total purchase price for one transaction on eBay.com.au.

It also says in the "How it works" graphic under the T&C that

"Check your My Ebay inbox. We'll send your eBay voucher on 12 August for you to spend on anything you like.

It doesn't say it can only be used for CnC…just a targeted eBay-wide voucher it seems.

    • No. You can use for any purchase.

  • good question - where can i use the voucher?

    • +1

      On the internet

  • Got mine :)

  • justgot mine too. its not the generic collect50 code tho…

  • -4

Did anyone look at the T&Cs on the email? It was totally irrelevant!

    • That's the wrong promotion…

      This is the right one:

      http://pages2.ebay.com.au/Buyer_coupons/clickandcollect

      • I know but they put the wrong link in the email. :-(

        • yes they put the wrong one in my email too :( (also, my coupon doesn't work - I lodged a ticket with ebay support)

        • @bdl:

good news, my coupon started automagically working this morning (14/8)

  • Just got my Voucher today

  • Has anybody received their voucher yet?

I better receive it given that the item I bought was slightly overpriced and only made sense with the voucher!

    • Go to my Ebay, scroll down till you see the section "Vouchers"…

It's a code attached to your ebay account "Collect50".

  • I got mine by email.

  • The voucher is shown in my account, though I haven't received the email yet.

  • Just a warning.

19.In the event you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a voucher, the value of the voucher will not be refunded to you.

  • +2

Ok guys, didn't get any emails either, but did see it in "my ebay" in the voucher section (you gotta scroll down to see it).

I just used it (COLLECT50) and it was successfully applied.

You buy the item, when it takes you to the screen where you select your address etc, there's a box at the bottom where you put the code in(I think it says promotional code or redemption code - something like that).

After that, it'll update your total to show $50 less.

So don't worry about whether you got the email or not, it works! :D

EDIT: Forgot to use Cash Rewards dammit!! rage mode lol

  • Got the code. Cheers!

Still haven't received my collection email however.

Tracking info has been on "Shipping information approved by Australia Post" since the 5th of August.

Is anyone in a similar boat?

    Cheers

    • I haven't either. Who was the seller?

      • PC Case Gear. I don't reckon it is the sellers fault.

Received an automated email today from Auspost saying my shipment has been "delayed"…

  • If you click on an item as if to buy, it say's pay $0.00 for this item, click here to find out how, then it mentions the collect50 code, so if you were successful I would imagine you will see this

  • got the voucher too, but no email. now time to shop again!

  • +2

I ordered 3 items with this Click and Collect.

2 items (sent via Australia Post), BigW has no trace of, they are adamant that they did not receive them, however Australia Post tracking shows both items as delivered Thursday! Now what? Who is responsible in giving me a refund or tracking down my parcel?!

As far as Australia Post and eBay are concerned items are delivered as per tracking.. however I don't have my item and BigW can't locate it at their store.. I went there twice and called twice.. always given the runaround of "we can't do anything unless parcel is here and you don't have a 6 digit code email" when I tell them tracking shows delivered last Thursday they say "but clearly we don't have it here and it has not been processed otherwise it would be here"… so now who is responsible for my "lost" item with this click and collect business?

Seller sent item, Aust Post delivered, Big W says they did not receive it.

    • +1

It's with the internal mail handling dept of BigW/Woolies most likely. It will takes its time to trickle down to the store…

Ask them to check the internal mail bag.

      • They said they have a person that goes and collect these parcels every day from aust post. But they can't find the item. so idk about the internal mail. Also Australia post tracking says delivered in my suburb.. so it's not like it has been sent to some warehouse in the middle of point X

        • If the person who collects the parcels has put them in the internal mail bags, they go to Woolies' internal mail handling department before being re-routed to the destination store. The manager of my local store told me this.

        • +1

          @twister292:

Guess what? That is exactly what happened!! Because it was a SMALL USB sent in a letter envelope they put it in internal mail not realising it was a CLICK AND COLLECT Parcel!! THEY OPENED IT……….. and then realized WTF. So they processed it and I collected it yesterday night!

I don't think I'll be using this service anytime soon.. not unless there is some nice $50 voucher in it for me :) - getting my mail opened and checked by half the store staff… no thanks :)

        • @Tcm9669: could only be an issue if you've ordered bulk pleasure eggs or other similar items, otherwise who cares? :)

        • @Tcm9669:

In my case it was the opposite…a letter envelope with a microSD card got delivered fine, but a larger parcel with a powerbank and USB in it got put in the internal mail bag…

I'll be sticking to direct delivery as well.

    • Call up eBay. I went to collect my item as the seller said it was at Big W and the tracking info was rather confusing. I go there (not realizing I need a code) and the lady at the counter angrily tells me its not there and she won't give me anything without a code. I go home, call eBay, they tell me it will be 3-5 days but then 30 mins later I got the code saying it is ready and went and picked it up (different lady). I don't think I will be in any hurry to use this service again.

      • +1

Thanks that is going to be my next step. I sent a message to seller informing them of the situation, based on their reply i will get in contact with ebay via resolution center or call.

  • +1

Haven't received my code both via email nor it appear in voucher in my eBay account, tried to use the code any way and it said "we are currently having technical difficulties processing your code, your voucher or redemption code wasnt applied"!!!! Already collected my items from BigW click and collect but, any one else having this problem?

    • Me! I'm in the same boat. I bought (2) items CnC. Picked one up from BigW with a 6-digit code. Second item still shows "redirected" status on Auspost tracking. Should I ring ebay about the voucher or wait?

      • +1

Have you try calling them?, my working hours is same as ebay call centre opening hours and cant them wile I am at work. Will have to wait till my next weekday rdo to call

        • @3ah3ah, I've done the live chat with eBay rep today and I quoted the item numbers (i bought 2) and explained that I should receive the voucher etc. and was advised that they have "escalated my case to eBay concern team, to see if I qualify for the voucher" and "it could take up to 10 days", so will see what happens. Meanwhile the second item (a watch) the status is still "redirected". Seller responded "will contact Auspost". Hope that helps.

    • I ordered 3 items. One of them still showing processing order on ebay (although I still collected one week ago), other one i collected yesterday night. I used the voucher yesterday evening just fine. No issues. Just use Paypal as payment.

I also didn't received it via email, I couldn't even find it under my account.. but when I put the code at checkout on ebay it worked just fine.

    • How did you try to use a voucher code if you haven't received it via email or ebay account?

      • Just thought i give it a try just in case the email that is supposed to be send to me ended up in some that I cannot locate it.

    • same here, havent received any emails, nor does voucher appear in my account. Item already picked up from Woolies via CnC awhile back.

  • Bought 2 items. Collected one yesterday at Bigw. But for the other one, I got the first email from eBay on Friday saying there would be a delay. Got another email from eBay saying more delay this arvo.
