After another look, I decided to neg this deal based on :
1) no contact details
2) posting as a company but no ABN details
3) the refunds/exchange policy is illegal as far as I can tell
a) limiting period to 14 days without being able to use the product to discover a defect.
b) stating that some goods are exempt from returns but not even mentioning what they are.
c) several more things ….Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
You're posting as a company. You can't operate as if you were an individual posting individual goods on Gumtree.
These all look like standard products you can get from any Myer, Dan Murphy etc. "Rep", how are they premium?
As you just joined, I'm thinking that perhaps you are associated with this company? The website has little contact details and no ABN that I could find.
I think you need to declare any association.
