Provided OW doesnt change their price (which I imagine they will!!) you should be able to pricematch for $215.65

Most games are less than $5…most are $1.29. With half price iTunes credit that makes most games 60c! Just buy them!
@mick123: most games are free or under $2. There are a few free games that are quite good (including samplers of the full version) although most are awful. For the big budget games though (e.g. FIFA, Assassin's Creed) expect to pay between $4-$10 for the full version. Browse the App Store via iTunes for an idea.
Don't worry, it's so easy to get free games… no hacking required. You just have to set up an itunes account via the ipod touch and itunes on your library.
Also yes, there is wi-fi capabilities on the 3rd gen.

Also, last I checked recently manufactured iPhones weren't able to be hacked..yet. Guessing it's the same for new iPod touches. Anyone in the know have the latest info?

Only 32/64GB Ipod Touchs have upgraded (iPhone's 3GS) CPU. It's suspected that Apple will upgrade the current Touch early in next year (with the video camera that they couldn't insert into current model because of early sample quality issues).
So, 8GB is bad buy.
Yeah i way toying about getting an 8g until i found out it was slower, and also did not have voice control.
