Aside from aesthetics, I'm not sure I see the point to a metal metal casing for an external HDD. Even with a plastic casing, a drive will die long before the case if you're damaging it that badly the case can't survive. A metal case just seems like overkill. But Agreed, looks kickass.
Aside the pricing, what is the main reason of people using dedicate touch pad as such?
Not sure if you can still get them but the T650 was $19 at JB hifi not that long ago, also combined with their 20% off mice, keyboards, and webcams promotion.
