        ordered a 6 pack so didnt qualify for the decal but from what i've seen these things are much better than the cheap chinese ones we're being flooded with

    Finally, a thumb stick cover that is unsurpassable. Is there any feeling worse than buying something only for its grip properties to be surpassed?

      Just the packaging. The actual Grip-iT covers are all original and no different.
      The Bulk Pack comes in a small sealed bag and a branding card.
      The Retail Pack comes in factory-sealed retail packaging and is only available in Black/Blue color combinations.

    I am interested in these but can't see much of a bargain to be honest… you have to buy a min of 10 (6 pack & 4 pack) to qualify for 2 free stickers. How many people need 10 off these.. as a few have already said they are buying the 4 or 6 packs even though they only need 2, let alone 10.

    Anyway… rep.. no red colour (as shown in your pic showing the differences between the retail and bulk packs)??? I want Red & Black. :(

      Hi sarakoth! Thanks for your interest! The other option is to buy 2x4packs ($25.50) which we have received quite a few orders for. This will still qualify you for the free decals.
      Unfortunately we only have blue and black colors at the moment. We are still waiting for the manufacturer to get a new batch of color ones ready, but this might take a few more weeks to months.

    Anyone (besides the rep, of course) got any experience with these? I bought some from OGS of a different brand that seemed to have good feedback for PS3/360 awhile back and found that they popped off too easily during vigorous play. Pricing setup needed to get stickers seems a bit dodgy as well.

      As for the pricing setup, we put $20 as the qualifying limit so that customers order 2x 4-packs or more. Sadly it'll be too costly for us to send out the decals with every Grip-iT pack, as the margin on the product is too low for that.
      Hope this eases your concerns!

    Just received my order. Not wanting to give you any grief guys as these are slightly better than what sony have put on there but they feel overpriced and poorly engineered.

    I purchased 2x black and 1x blue, follow the instructions on a DS4 and found that putting them on uncovered DS4 thumbsticks, they feel loose and after 5 minutes of playing project cars or call of duty there is slippage in them, thinking I must not have put them on properly i've re-seated them but there always seems to be a bit of play in them.

    After 20 minutes of playing cod and rocket league they have slipped off a few times.

    We actually used the blue set on a controller which has not had its thumb grips come off and slipped it over the thumb grips to see what differance it makes and it clearly looks like it was not designed to go over them but theres no slippage and the grip is nearly perfect, however there is still not enough rubber inner to hold it on the stick.

    I have a dual shock 3 sitting around that a friends kid managed to pull the thumb pads off, I ended up replacing the thumb pads with ones off an old pc gaming usb pad called an XFX executioner had nuclear symbols on it and everything, they had plenty of rubber under them to maintain a secure grip on the ds3, i've just grabbed it out of the draw to compare it to these grip it's, and if these had been engineered the same way they'd be a lot better off.

    Again not having a go, just after the reviews I read I was really looking forward to a pair of these and while they don't seem to have that always eroding feeling of the sony ones, they do seem to be poorly engineered and unfit for purpose :(

    Hope you get these sorted guys, was looking to buy another 20 of these if they'd worked out.

      Hi acex1138! Thank you for your feedback and we're sad to hear that you have found them unsatisfactory. The Grip-iTs were actually designed to go over thumbsticks which still have existing rubber left. It will be loose if your DS4 thumbstick rubber has completely eroded/peeled off.

        feel free to inbox me yeah. Figured as much when we installed them on the controllers with erroded rubbers as they just didnt stay on, we've put them on our controller with rubber and its really difficult to get them on perfect.

        Once they are on they feel a lot better, only drama as we've said is after a good play sesh you have to re-seat them.

          Yeah unfortunately if it has already eroded badly, it will be loose. However if it is only a small tear/minor chip then it should still stay on very well.

      Any slippage at all? Acex said above he's had issues but it may just be the rubber erosion. I just put my order in and hoping I get no slippage!
