I signed up for a 3-year membership card back in 2014 (3-year deal 2014) and have been coming to the office in HCMC Vietnam since I arrived in the country. Love the thinkpod and free coffee. However, just been told that my card has already expired since March 2015. A 3-year membership card expired after one year? I emailed their help desk and was told that the card is a partnership card, with 259-Work from Anywhere (not Diners' though) and it's only valid for one year starting from the activation date. I don't understand. I signed up for a friend of mine at the same time last year. The receptionist here said that her card expiry date is 2078. Strange! Anyone with a similar experience? I understand that it's a free membership and all but shouldn't they honour the stated 3-year?

You can't by any definition of the word call that ^ a scam.
I don't think Regus membership is a scam. I do like their business lounges and what they have to offer. However, I don't think it's right to terminate a 3-year membership in just after a year.
Regus free membership is a scum SCAM.
