These items are on clearance so be quick, stock will be limited.

I am a bit of a karaoke nut at times, and I decided recently to get a decent microphone to take with me on holidays. Often the microphones in the various karaoke dens I visit across South-East Asia leave a lot to be desired!

So anyway after a search of the Web I found these 3 bargains

$5 basic Sony - normally sells for $20+

$10 better Sony - normally sells for $30+

$19 very good quality Sony - normally sells for $40+

Only the $5 version can still be ordered online, the $10 and $19 versions you'll need to find a store with stock.

The $19 would be my recommendation for you, though I have to say the gold colouring is a little "Liberace" to me.

      oh I see. These might also be useful for upgrading the mics you use for Sing Star on PS. I always thought it would be cool to get some kind of cheapish vocal enhancing device for use with Sing Star. Then it would sort of be a bit more like karaoke.

        From memory the Sing Star microphones are special PlayStation style ones, they are different to normal mics and therefore normal mics can't be used with SingStar…

        That was the case for my PS3 version anyway…

  All models not available online, not available click and collect, not available via delivery, no stock in Sydney or Melbourne. Otherwise great deal as I paid about $80 for it ages ago. I didn't try all states, neg just to save others wasting time.

        If you read down the page from the top, you'll see:

        • Heading
        • Description
        • Buttons for social media sharing (Facebook, etc)
        • Tags (Electrical & Electronics, Karaoke, Microphone, Sony)
        • Expiry date

        Just below that, you'll see "report" - click that and the form will appear as a pop-up.

    Say there are 3 left in all of Australia. I am not sure how many people looked at this deal, (there were 377 clicks, not sure what that means.) I also don't know how many man hours were put into looking online for the mikes etc and phoning OW stores to see if they had stock, but I personally think it is a waste of everone's time.
