No, but if you ask nicely and explain the eBay sale they may match the discounted eBay price. It worked for me with a New 3DS XL a few months back.
As for blue amiibo just check in store, and hope they have it :) I've been to Big W (Macquarie Centre) and JB (Hornsby) and both had plenty of blue/pink amiibo so it might be worth having a look at your local stores.
