  • Just put my EVGA one a few hours ago coincidentally. Will take 1-3 business days.

  • Will Officeworks pricematch this?

    (Just kidding…)

The NDA on AMD's Fury X has been lifted and benches are out guise. :P

    • -3

doesn't matter still lack driver support.

Just remember that the game runs like shit on PC

    • +1

probably just another console port like all other games these days

      • +2

Yeah, it's a console port. Apparently only 12 people were working on it, doesn't excuse this though

        • Wow, that really is much worse than I was expecting. And I had some pretty damn low expectations.

        • woah what a shit game

        • Is that meant to be choppy or was my YouTube messing up?
Can't really believe that this game is so bad.

        • @Hirolol:
Your YouTube is not messing up. That's how the game plays unfortunately

        • @Hirolol: The annotations even said it's not the video.

        • Another excellent example of the benefits of pre-ordering.

        • @noodlesfordaddy:
Sorry buddy I was watching it on mobile.

YMMV though. I’m having a ball playing the PC version. I had no trouble preloading it, decrypting it and starting it up. I’m playing on my new nVidia GTX 970 (which is how I got the free copy), and am experiencing solid frame rates (even better after unlocking from 30FPS in the ini file), with no performance issues.

I initially cranked all the settings on full, even the the fancy nVidia enhanced extra special settings, and it ran a bit choppy when summoning the Batmobile, but I turned off interactive smoke and paper debris (I left on the rain and light shafts) and it runs buttery smooth and looks fantastic (and amazing when zoomed out to view the entire city!)

FYI, I've got an i7 920 CPU and 12 GB or RAM, with the game running on an SSD. I'm not usually a PC gamer, but I can't see what most of the fuss is about. I'm mostly just sad that so many people aren't having as much fun with it as I am. :(

is this a bargain or punishment. the game is shit

"Experience Batman: Arkham Knight The Way It's Meant to be Played—with GeForce GTX."
Aparenty it's ment to be shit.

  • It works on my ASUS GTX 960 purchased from Amazon!

  • +2

So do you need to buy one of this cards within a certain time frame? or is it for anyone who has bought a GTX 960-980 since they were first released? I bought mine in February so I am not sure if I am eligible.

    • yeah am wondering this as well, bought mine in jan. This isn't a deal if not..

    • +1

I bought a GTX 980 back in March but have already claimed the Witcher 3 deal as that was the deal back then.

Wonder if I can also claim Arkham Knight now as well! Hmmm.

      • would love an update on this but I am highly doubtful!

    • The offer works for all eligible cards no matter when it was purchased as far as I can tell. My card was purchased in 2014 and the redemption worked.

This offer however only started in June and is ending in July.

      • Have you actually successfully done this though?

The offer shows up in MSI promotions page but there is no code to redeem.

  • The game is a disgusting example of devs and publishers ripping consumers off. Please don't buy a 900 series based off of this.

  • I had bought gtx 970 PRIOR to the game's launch. What do I do to still be able to get redemption code? Just contact my retailer? even if the purchase was made more than 30 days ago for example?

    • This promo has been running since at least early may (in US, idk about aus) so worth a shot but not sure who you'd contact. I got witcher 3 and batman codes from Amazon back then.

      • Only in the US. Australian customers only have access to one at a time, the Witcher 3 prom ended May 31st, this one started June 1st.

So no, you can't get it if you purchased it prior to June 1st.

  • I've not been able to find any reference to it for anything but a Laptop Graphics card on the Gigabyte website. Like some of hte posts above, I got the 970GTX and redeemed the Witcher 3 bundle, so I'm not sure if I can double dip with this offer.

  • I redeemed Witcher 3, and now the asus page is saying my serial number is invalid, is this happening to anyone else?

  • heard this this the most disappointment PC game as it is only 30fps and all nvidia/Amd CARD had problem???

  • Gah, cant' find the check number on my gigabyte geforce 970 purchased through amazon US. Has the other details but not check number on the sticker.

Anyone know if this deal works with GPUs bought from the US but used here?

    • It works, i redeemed batman on my steam account. Amazon emailed me the nvidia game codes a week after purchase though

      • Bought mine in november 2014. It's one of the models available in the deal but no email from amazon.

    • My gigabyte 980 doesn't have a check number either….
I couldn't redeem witcher 3 because of this. Gigabyte did not answer any of my emails.
guess we miss out on this one.

      • I left a message on their esupport 1.5 hours ago. Still no response. WIll update if I get one.

        • yeah let us know how you go.

WB have announced that they are suspending sales for Arkham Knight and are offering refunds.

Not sure if that will have an effect on redemption codes.
