It's supposed to be a red version of an existing extra level, but it looks like the Amazon store is behind the Play Store because I can't find out where it is.

Although I am abroad and using a VPN to say I am Australian. I have not used the app store before either, does the discount happens after?
I am just fearful(as any ozbargainer would be) about pressing buy with a price of 3.99!

Are you signed up with an australian account? I think you might be using the US app store because the Australian regular price is 4.49. I would just wait another 3 hours and the US store should update it as the new free app of the day :P
