I've been with Optus cable on one of their $90 "includes everything" plan since February. As far as I'm concerned, I should be getting a bill for $90 from them every month.
Unfortunately, every bill has been wrong, sometimes as high as $132.13. So, every month I've had to ring their "customer support" team and spend up to an hour on the phone sorting out the bill. I'm just about ready to tell them where to stick their service.
Is anyone else having these billing issues?
Not with cable specifically, but had the similar problems when I signed up my mum for their phone service a couple of years ago. Was supposed to be a fixed "pensioner" rate per month but they always overcharged - took about six months or so of querying every bill and getting adjustments made until they finally got it right. Been fine since then.
