Got the email, searched for it for dupe. Found an expired deal with many purchases.

    FYI last time this deal came up I went into my local JB-HI FI and they had some Sennheiser Amperiors (a slight upgrade over the HD25-1 II) for $169. The box was a bit scuffed box since it seemed to be old stock that they had remaining (the Amperiors are now discontinued). I also own the HD25-1 II and the Amperiors do sound about 15% better, are easier to drive, and the aluminium cups give it a premium feel so worth keeping an eye out for.

    All the ones at the local JB were HD25 II

    whats the difference between that and the HD25-1 II ??

      Done some research and the HD25 II has a 2 metre cable and straight connector. The HD25-1 II has 1.5 metre cable and 90 degree connector
