Yeah, just had a bit of an eBay search and ended up getting brown waxed cotton laces delivered for $2.30.

To be fair, I bought some waxed boot laces off eBay for around the same price - and they were total rubbish. They were more like a rubber band than boot laces.
I don't know the laces from this posting, but i've had 1 of 1 failure from eBay for rugged bootlaces that wouldn't survive for more than a week.

Most of them are made of nylon. The one that OP is advertising is made of cotton and waxed.
Why should I pay $3 more for a cotton one if I can get a nylon one from AliExpress for $1?
