      Just to clarify, if we have an existing account, but have never shopped at Coles online are we still eligible for the code?

      • That was my case, and it did not give me the $10 discount with CLICK10 - Have send a query to coles.

      • The wording on the email from cashrewards is as follows:

        Get $10 back on your first Click & Collect order when you spend $100 or more
        Plus $15.00 Cashback

        Which makes it sound like existing accounts who haven't used click and collect before can do it.

        • Andrew from Cashewards here. This was the exact wording provided to us from Coles, we will check with them this morning to ensure this is correct.

        • We have heard back from Coles and the offer is for first time Coles Online shoppers, they have apologised for any confusion.

  • How does cash back work btw? I bought a Telstra sim through a different website that does cash back and I'm still waiting after two weeks

  • i did everything correctly and purchased via the cashrewards link and never got the transaction through my cashrewards account. that was like 6 weeks ago. anyone else have similar experience? that was the only reason i did a shop through Coles for the deal, bit stink though

    • Same here, did it when Click Frenzy was on and no cashback either, very ambigiius why it didnt qualify.

    • Coles has recently advised us that they had issues with correctly tracking some sales over the last 6 weeks.

      Coles have however assured us this is now fixed.

        • @ahc99: Had the same issue with the woolies $20 cash back. Got an email from you guys saying it'll take up to 90 days to follow up which seems…excessive. Just did a Coles one yesterday and hoping I don't also have to follow this one up.

    Also in the past the cash rewards money takes ages to be available,I wonder how quick you can get $15 back…
