I bought one at Colesworth yesterday for $3 for one, so this is an awesome price.
All the avos are small\medium in size and not ripe, so just chuck one on top of some bananas to speed up the process
And what goes good with mashed Avo? Chopped onions! Become the Onion Knight

    Cracked pepper and salt. Dats all you need. (if you've got smoked salmon cos ur ballin', even better).

      mash the avo, finely dice the onions. pour a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix and you have Heaven in a bowl.

        You can make desserts with avocado too. While on Keto I turned mine into a sweet chocolate mousse.

        Basically consists of

        Avocado - one or two depending on serving size
        coconut milk - half cup generally
        sweeteners (stevia) to taste
        cocoa powder (or dark chocolate, if you want) — too much will make it bitter though
        a few drops of vanilla essence.

        and boom, high fat, low carb dessert.

      Aldi has smoked salmon on special in their latest catalog. Think it is like $24/kg but if you are buying for one I think you would do alright.

    Avo on toast is awesome, or mix it with chopped chillies to tone down the heat, the fat coats your tongue and is also cooling. Yumm.

    Went there And bought a few avocados , potatoes and other stuff. Couldn't find any decent looking onion, so gave up . Oranges are huge!
