As I kid we had a rank arena tv that was bought in the early 80s, no remote, took a few seconds to warm up, screen was a dark green was built in Australia, used a NEC tube, and worked every day for over 17 years so it was definitely a 'built as a tank' reliable piece of engineering.
Alas we gave it away to an op-shop once we upgraded to a flat screen tv but until recently I had the impression that Rank Arena was a high quality brand.
I say 'was' because I doubt the rank arena of today is the same as the rank arena from the past, and most of the stuff is just OEM manufactured by the millions with a different brand name slapped on it as it exits the factory. Cheap price on the basis if it breaks you'll just replace it, creating a materialistic low quality purchasing cycle where people are more interested in saving a cent than paying extra and getting higher quality that lasts longest and has a lower TCO overall. </rant>

Mine was purchased on the 13th and I haven't received an email to say it was shipped and while I can see it in My Orders, the only information I can get is viewing the invoice.
That's weird, not sure why mines being fast tracked. I got the dispatch email today(or yesterday morning) with an eta of Monday

I think I need to ring them. It's pretty much the end of Friday and it's still the same status as it was 6 days ago when I ordered it. I was expecting it would be shipped on Monday and arrive on either Tuesday or Wednesday. It never crossed my mind that it wouldn't even be sent out this week at all.
So much for their claim of fast delivery on the website.

Just tried ringing them. 15 minutes listening to hold music with them telling me my call is important to them and I gave up. No estimated time on how long it would be and honestly I was just getting more and more annoyed.
Shooting them off an email. But not impressed at all with them. Not even getting as much as an email after 6 days, while people who ordered the exact same item a day later have already received it.
Check your email again, as I've just received a shipping confirmation email from deals direct (4:24 pm) for my air fryer order placed on the 13th.
