Not sure to be honest. They may decide to fulfil the orders just to keep people happy. But if it hasn't arrived in the 10 days I'd def give them a call.
I asked for a refund because I ordered David Jones e-cards and wanted to use them in DJ's one day sale yesterday, but I couldn't because they hadn't arrived. That's what prompted me to contact them.
For anyone else who may have been looking at this thread, I decided not to cancel my gift vouchers and I've just received them.

Yeah you won't get them. I just spoke to them last night and got my refund processed this morning. The company manages internal staff incentives/promotions for other businesses. Their offers are not open to the general public. The link was leaked to Ozbargains. Guess they'll have to plug that hole.
