      He said it was a possible pricing error, which is most certainly is, not a reason to neg everything else detailed in this deal. He didn't go to work on a whole list for it to be negged because HN screwed up… some people.

          I believe it's rather a permanent store.

          Harvey Norman Springvale operates in that way. They have a "normal" store in the first floor and has an "outlet" store in the ground floor.

          They sell all things that are supposedly at "discounted" prices.
