Less than 14 days since purchase and less than two hours playing. Perhaps card drops won't start until after the two hours.
Outside of the two weeks/two hours limit, they'll still consider refunds.
Also, "We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price."
Just played it, pretty sure it's this cheap because it's not very good.. Don't bother with it.
i think people are more interested in the trading cards, which can be sold and potentially earn back the money spent and then some.
