How Do I Move a Complete Website to Another Host?

My current web host that i've had for a few years is coming to end, and as i'm not using it anymore I don't plan to renew it.

However I have a domain and a website (wordpress plus a custom theme and cart plugins (woocommerce)) and I would like to pull a complete version of it for safe keeping
incase i change my mind and months/year later I decide to put it on another host.

Whats the best way to do this?

    If your web host uses CPanel, there's probably a built-in way to do it from there.

      I do have Cpanel access too..

    FTP to your host, download the whole lot.
    Export your MySQL table(s)

    Save the whole lot somewhere safe and reverse the process to restore to a new host. Changes will most likely need to be made to the website configure files to suit the new MySQL host.
