    Hey rep, any tips on how to remove the strong smell from the coats you sell? It's been weeks and no amount of airing out is working.

    I usually buy M, but ordered some M shirts from Hallensteins and they were seriously big (like baggy etc)… returned them all :(

      I've bought a few shirts and jumpers and would like to return.

      What method did you use in returning those items of yours?

      I have almost 120 bucks worth of clothing I need to return and postage at Auspost would cost me around 16-18 dollars. Is this how it is?

          oh man i think ive paid for return shipping myself in the past. Just put in a order and got 1 med and 1 large hoodie - i think one of them will have to be swapped so will ask about the reply-paid address

        We do have a replied paid address but we only offer that option if the garments are faulty or not as described. For change of mind returns you can send them back to our returns address in Sydney. You can find a returns form with the address in our FAQ's on our website.

    When I put in the coupon it says it has been applied , however it does not apply the discount to the total amount. Even when in the final payment stage

      What coupon? There are coupons that cannot be used with sale items. Such as this.

    the website current says (in the offers section): "Merino $35.99". but when i click on that it takes me to the "Men's Jumpers and cardigans" page - which has no $35.99 items at all - any chance for some clarification here OP?
