  You should mention that WELCOME needs to be added first, and FACEBOOK second.

  Welcome only works when no previous vouchers have been claimed to an account. I just found out the hard way :(

    it was working as per Hugetyla and BigBuddha above. Seems like they disabled using both together not long ago.
